Goats can climb trees! In Morocco goats climb Argan trees to consume delicious berries which are similar to the olives. Local farmers follow these goats because fruit of the Argan tree has the nut inside which is used to make delicious cooking oil. Interesting fact (besides the climbing goats) is that Morocco goats spit or excrete these nuts, which then farmers use to make the Argan oil.

However, Argan trees are close to extinction because of the tree wood harvesting. Some organizations are trying to promote Argan oil to became marketing success in order to preserve these weird trees. We all hope that these goats will continue their climbing adventures!

The tribes of al-Faraah make it their main occupation to cut trees. There are two kinds of trees that they use, those that grow on mountain tops and those that grow in valleys. These are the places where it is possible to reach the highest elevation in a short time. Al-Faraah has many trees and the best place for them is the trees that grow at an altitude of three thousand feet. Therefore they are called Al-Faraah trees or al-faraahs.

The same is true for the people of al-Faraah. They also use trees that grow at such high altitudes. And they are called Al-Faraah trees or al-faars. This is why goats and sheep were popular in the culture of al-Faraah.

They have many animals that make them very well-known. The most famous among them is the goat. There are three types of goats and they are domestic, semi-domestic and wild. The domesticated goats belong to the order Massa-Bulla and they belong to the Bovidae family.

There are three breeds of goats in the Massa-Bulla tribe. These are the Casaba, Kamra and Maran. The only problem with them is that they are hard to breed and care for. But that does not stop people from breeding them. The most famous and well-known are the goats belonging to the Casaba breed. The Casaba goats are known for their beautiful longhair and elegant features.

Gazelle is the first animal that makes people who meet them notice them. They are small goats that walk on four legs. It is so smart that it can actually climb trees. Gazelle is known to be the most popular animal in Al-Faraah. Because the camels will give these goats milk and because of this they became famous. Al-Faraah is also famous for their carpets made from camel dung.
