Computer Vision Definition
Computer Vision is a field of computer science that focuses on a machine’s ability to see, process, identify, and configure an image or video the same way that a human being can. Clearly the possibilities here are endless as this gets into all kids of things like deep learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and the use of delivery robots and robots overall in terms of asking will robots take my job.
Google has a technology called Google Image Search. This technology uses Computer Vision. Autonomous or self driving cars and self driving electric trucks use this technology to process and encounter their surroundings to drive and move safely. As the 2020 decade rolls out and progresses we will see more and more use of computer vision.
