What Is Artificial Intelligence?
Artificial Intelligence, commonly referred to as AI, is a term that seems to be thrown around a lot and becoming more a art of the general lexicon these days. So, what is artificial intelligence? Is it dangerous? Will it replace humans?
Artificial Intelligence Definition:
According to Merriam-Webster, AI is defined as follows: 1) a branch of computer science dealing with the simulation of intelligent behavior in computers, and 2) the capability of a machine to imitate intelligent human behavior.
So, the facts are Artificial Intelligence does exist and it is a thing. Does this mean humans will not have any jobs because robots will take over the planet? Does this mean that Google and Facebook will control our brains? These are NOT facts and we do not yet know how things will play out.
