The stylist works at a salon called Art Salon in New York, and also the Mojo Hair Salon in Los Angelos, which he co-owns with his business partner, Monique Northrop. Luckily, one of these posts was seen by one of the casting directors for the show who requested an audition with Tan. Tan stated that he didn’t expect to get casted as one of the Fab Five members, but he gave a great impression and even gave the interviewer a mini makeover.

If you love Bobby Berk’s home makeovers on the show, you’ll be pleased to know that this interior designer has his own furniture line. Berk has a collaboration with A.R.T.
