In his role in The Hangover, his character wakes up from a night of partying with his friends with a tooth missing (among other things). This tooth was actually one of his implants, so he could perform everything naturally without needing to focus on prosthetics or special effects.

George Clooney

George Clooney is another actor who has wowed audiences with his fantastic acting skills and beautiful smile. He’s had a gorgeous smile forever, but early into his career, the industry put a lot of stress on his shoulders, and this stress manifested itself in teeth grinding.
