Meet Turkmenbashi
His Excellency Saparmurat Niyazov Turkmenbashi, president of Turkmenistan is one of the most controlling dictators in the world today. There are no churches because he knocks them down. Each year he wants to resign as the president, but congress begs him to stay. He has even rewritten the calendar and renamed the month of January to "Turkmenbashi." April is named after his mother.
